How to Make Cinnamon Whipped Cream Frosting
Pour 1 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream into a “CHILLED” metal mixing bowl. We placed both our mixing bowl and the whisk attachment in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes before we made the whipped cream. Now add Powdered Sugar and Cinnamon to taste. You might like your Whipped Cream to be more or less sweet. Or more or less Cinnamon-y. After much trial and error – we think 3 tablespoons of Powdered Sugar and 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon is the “just right” amount.
Using the whisk attachment, beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Do not over-beat the whipped cream, it will turn into butter if you whisk it too long.
That’s all there is to making flavored Whipped Cream. Super delicious, especially on a Fall dessert.
For a special touch, load the Cinnamon Whipped Cream into a decorating bag and swirl it onto to your Holiday pie. Super easy and super pretty. Your guests will definitely be impressed!
